ALUMNI MEET 2K26

Kangeyam Institute of Technology (KIT) organized its grand Alumni Meet titled “ALUMNI MEET 2K26” on January 24, 2026, from 10 AM to 12:30 PM, bringing together alumni of all passed-out batches to reconnect, relive memories, and strengthen the alumni–institution bond. The programme began with a prayer song followed by the welcome address by Ms. Nivethini M, AP/AI&DS. Dr. Ramkumar S, Principal, addressed the gathering and highlighted the institute’s commitment to alumni engagement and institutional growth. Dr. Mahendra Gowda R V, CEO, shared his vision for strengthening alumni networks and supporting current students. Dr. Thangaraj P, Director/RIC, spoke about research and innovation initiatives and encouraged alumni to collaborate with the institute. Dr. Ramasamy G, Professor/CIVIL, highlights how active alumni participation strengthens industry connect and improves student opportunities. The special addresses were delivered by Er. Pradeep E, M.E., Assistant Engineer, and Er. Karthi M, M.Tech., Senior Engineering Officer, who shared their professional journey, college experience, and guidance for students and fellow alumni. A feedback session was conducted with alumni from all batches, where suggestions and experiences were shared to enhance alumni association activities and institutional development. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. Prakash M, AP/ECE, followed by the National Anthem. The alumni meet ended on a warm note of appreciation and a renewed commitment to keep the alumni–college connection strong.
